Precision Spectrophotometer (UV/Vis/NIR) Lambda1050
Lambda1050 Perkin Elmer
Spectrophotometer with a range between far UV and mid IR depending on the accessory, with the following modes of use:
Integrating sphere 60mm: reflectance measurements of 8°/h (hemispherical at 8°) and 0°/d (diffuse at normal incidence), and also allows transmittance processes. The detection range of this sphere is defined by its two sensors: The photomultiplier tube (PMT) with a range in the UV/Vis (200 nm - 860 nm) and the PbS in the NIR (860 nm - 2500 nm). The sample ports have a diameter of 19 mm.
Integrating sphere 150mm: can measure total reflectance or only diffuse reflectance, as well as transmittance or absorption in highly scattering samples. For reflectance the angle of incidence is 8°. The detection range of this sphere is defined by the two sensors: The photomultiplier tube (PMT) with a range in the UV-Vis (200 nm - 860 nm) and the InGaAs in the NIR (860 nm - 2500 nm). The sample and reference ports for reflectance have a diameter of 24 mm, however there is an adaptor for samples up to 3 mm in diameter. There are also two central accessories for measuring irregular samples.
URA: universal reflectance accessory measures specular reflectance at variable angles, which is characterised by its ability to measure absolute as well as relative reflectance with an angle of incidence ranging from 8° to 65° and using a wavelength range from 190 nm to 3100 nm.
Optical Table: module with mirrors and brackets and a 60mm integrating sphere as detector. It is used to design specific experiments
