STEP1: Open website https://warranty.thermaltake.com.au/SubmitWarrantyRequest.php
STEP 2: Fill out the portions colored in Red
o USER: Always choose RESELLER
o Company = CENTRE COM
o Place of Purchase = CENTRE COM
o Date of Purchase = Can be found in the AP invoice column of the RA card
o FAULT DESCRIPTION: Sample - “No power (RA#)”
o No need to attach invoice copy
STEP 3: Once Done, hit submit and automatically RMA# will prompt. See below.
STEP4: Update the RMA# to the RA card
o RMA# = should be put in the RMA field of the RA card (Like Leader)
