STEP1: Open website https://warranty.thermaltake.com.au/SubmitWarrantyRequest.php
o Username: CENT45
o Password: sunshine
o Once log in, click CREATE NEW WARRANTY REQUEST
o Click ADD ITEM MANUALLY
STEP 2: Fill out the portions colored in Red
o ITEM TYPE: Always choose COMPONENT.
o PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Product description in the RA Card
o SERIAL NO: Serial #
o STOCK CODE: SKU#
o INV#: Can be found in the AP invoice column of the RA card. Include only the SUFFIX (7 digits)
o APP PURCHASE DATE: Date under the AP Invoice column
o FAULT DESCRIPTION: Sample - “No power (RA#)”
o DEALER REFERENCE – RA# 855847
Once done filling out, click ADD ITEM
STEP 3: Once Done, hit SUBMIT REQUEST and automatically RMA# will prompt. See below.
STEP4: Update the RMA# 222964 to the RA card
o RMA# 222964 = should be put in the RMA field of the RA card (Like THERMALTAKE) then hit UPDATE
