Overview
This will help understand what’s the importance of gathering photo/video to customers.
This will also help our tech’s to replicate the issue once returned.
This will indicate file format that we can and can’t read/download/view.

JPG/JPEG/PNG/PDF — File Format for photos
.MP4/YouTube/IMGUR —File Format for videos
Procedure or Process Steps
1. We need to identify in on the initial email body/subject, if there is any link that is viewable on our end, that can help us understand the issue and how we can help the customers.
2. If there is no any photo/video on the initial email and based on the description that its needed to, then we can simply send a request response for it.
a.1 — The standard file format for photo is .jpeg/.jpg/png/pdf’s.
a.2 — The standard file format for videos is YouTube or IMGUR.
3. If the customer provided a different file format it is fine, as long as its viewable or downloadable on our end.
4. If the customer sent an email that aren’t viewable/downloadable/ in Private settings, let the customer know to provide the right file format/video.
5. If customer refused to provide neither, still proceed with necessary assistance, however upon sending it to us/store, kindly advised, if deemed as No Fault Found, there will be testing fee + shipping.
