I believe that Jesus of Nazareth, son of Mary and Joseph, is the Savior (Christ) promised in the Old Testament.
I believe that He was conceived within Mary, while she was still a virgin, through no human act and that she remained a virgin until His birth.
I believe that Jesus is the omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent one and only God who revealed himself to the Israelites as documented in the Old Testament.
I believe that Jesus taught his disciples, and many others in and around Jerusalem during His life.
I believe that while Jesus was on this Earth He lived a sinless life.
I believe that after being falsely accused by the leaders of the Jews, the Roman ruler of the area had Him crucified until he was dead.
I believe that after He died, He was buried in a tomb that was subsequently sealed by rolling a large stone in front of the entrance.
I believe that guards were stationed around this tomb to prevent any tampering with His body.
I believe that after three days in the tomb Jesus body was physically brought back to life through the power of God.
I believe that all people from all times, except Jesus, have sinned and fallen short of the requirements to enter Heaven.
I believe that there is no thing that a person can do to overcome that barrier of sin.
I believe that when Jesus died on the cross His blood was offered up in payment for all the sins of all peoples of all times.
I believe that Jesus offers that payment to anyone who will accept him as Lord and sincerely acknowledge and turn away from their sin.
I believe that there is no other way into Heaven.
I believe that every person has an eternal soul and that the time we spend alive on Earth is only the beginning.
I believe that after this life there are only two options: Heaven with God, or separated from God in Hell.
I believe that God will honor the choice we make while still living.
I have accepted that forgiveness and acknowledge Jesus as Lord.
