1. Please find tentative minor project proposal document in pdf file attached below.
2. Preference will be given to V sem B.Tech. students.
3. Group of 3 / 4 students per project, with at least one registrant in group having above 8 CGPA is desirable.
4. Final project proposal shall be drawn after final discussion during first week of semester.

1. Registrants are required to merge into 4 students per group.
2. Select one of proposals listed in pdf files through Mrs. Ann Mary Joshua, PhD research scholar at VI LAB / L-202 of 2nd floor, Main Building.
3. Submit project proposal and work plan in the format listed in UG_PROJECT_PROPOSAL_FORM.DOC latest by 5pm on 14th Aug after discussion with Mrs.Ann Mary.
4. After finalising the project with the guide (myself), project leader will send draft soft copy of above document as email attachment to guide, following this final print copy will be presented by guide for your signature and further processing.
5. Please find minor project evaluation plan listed in MINOR_PROJECT_EVALUATION_PLAN.pdf
Date: Oct 04
1. Please note the evaluation date listed in Academic Calender.
2. Following must be submitted in a CD on the day of evaluation:
i. CD Label : Course number, Course title Semester duration (eg.ODD.SEM.20xx.EE348.MP)
ii. CD Content having following folders: Survey (papers, articles etc.), Simulation programs, Report as per NITK Format in pdf, ppt in pdf
3. One hard copy of the report in soft bound form (printed double sided with title sheet, certificate, declaration duly signed by members & guide.
4. The project report is strictly required to address content in following chapters:
Chapter 1: Introduction covering preamble and organization of report.
Chapter 2: Lit. survey, back ground of work
Chapter 3: project implementation
Chapter 4: evaluation and testing.
Chapter 5: conclusive remarks

5. All members of the project group will be presenting their modules of the project through ppt at the first level of evaluation.
6. Individual viva follows after ppt presentation as a second level of evaluation.
