1. Please find tentative major project proposal document in pdf file attached below.
2. FA will allocate the project group ID.
3. Group with id will have discussion with probable Project guide and sign EOI form listing their priority.
4. Final project proposal shall be drawn after allocation of project batches to respective guides.
Date: July, 21
1. All Major project registrants are required to submit project proposal using template: UG.Major.Project.Proposal.GroupId.XX.docx latest by 14th Aug.
2. After discussion with guide, project registrant will send draft soft copy of above document as email attachment to guide. Following this, final print copy will be presented by the guide for project team signatures and forward the same for further processing.
3. Please note major project assessment process as listed in Major.Project.Assessment.Process.pdf.
Date: Sept., 05
1. Mid sem evaluation of Major projects is scheduled as per evaluation date listed in Academic Calendar, at #201,EEE Dept.
2. All registrants are required to present progress report for 10 min per registrant through ppt.
3. Those who have registered EE499 along with EE449, it will be final viva for EE449.
Date: Oct, 23
1. Please note the evaluation date listed in Academic Calendar.
2. Following must be submitted through email as attachments (pdf, pptx, docs, source code with comments) on the day of evaluation:
i. zip file name: Course number, Course title Semester duration ODD.SEM.20XX.EE449.MP (eg.ODD.SEM.2018.EE449.MP)
ii. zip file Content having following folders: Survey (papers, articles etc.), Simulation programs, Report as per NITK Format in pdf, ppt in pdf
3. Department requires One hard copy of the report in soft bound form (printed double sided with title sheet, certificate, declaration (as per templates provided in curriculum book) duly signed by members, guide (external guide in case of industry project) and HOD.
4. The project report is strictly required to address content in following chapters:
Chapter 1: Introduction covering preamble and organization of report.
Chapter 2: Lit. survey, back ground of work
Chapter 3: project implementation
Chapter 4: evaluation and testing.
Chapter 5: conclusive remarks

5. All members of the project group will be presenting their modules of the project through ppt at the first level of evaluation.
6. Individual viva follows after ppt presentation as a second level of evaluation.

2. Please note: This grade distributions are submitted to DUGC/ DPGC/ DRPC for approval, and shall be subjected to finalisation / moderation / changes.
