About us..

The main focus of my research group is in the application of concepts of inorganic chemistry to the synthesis of materials as well as understanding their structure-property relations. In particular we focus on ferroelectric oxides which find a variety of applications in electronics. Understanding and exploitation of the defect-chemistry in these material systems have also been vigorously pursued in the design of new materials as well as in improving their device applicability.
