Explanation

In Genesis 1 God created the animals and the humans for the purpose of populating the earth. He gave the plants for them to eat (Genesis 1:29-30). God's initial plan was for us to be plant-based or vegan. Then came the fall (banishment from the garden), and the humans populated the world. Then came the flood, in which god wiped out the entire world except for Noah and his family and 2 of every animal.
When Noah got off the ark, without God asking him to do so, Noah took some animals, killed them and burned them on the altar. And god said (Genesis 8:20-21) the imagination of man is evil in his heart from youth. God accepts that this man whom he saved out of all humanity in order to carry humanity and the animals into a new world - is evil, therefore he vows to not curse the ground because of human actions, since man can't help it but to be evil.
"And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon the beast..." does this sound like God thinks man is good? God says this, and right after he predicts the future of humanity ("And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth..." (Genesis 9:2). God seems to not give this as an exultation, but as a premonition. As a result of it,

In summary: God's plan was for humans to be vegan, but he realised that humans are evil, and in the moment of disappointment he grants the humans what the evil humans want.

1. Euthyphro's dilemma - "Do morals exist because god says they exist? Or do morals exist because there is some universal law outside of god?"

6. Does god know everything? If yes, does he know what it's like to have an eye cancer? If yes - why would a benevolent god keep eye cancer in the world?

7. Free will - if god knows all that will happen in the future how do you have free will?

8. Problem of suffering: suffering exists because of free will.. "is there free will in heaven?" - If yes, then god can create a realm with free will and no suffering. - If no, then you are in an infinite realm with no free will, and that doesn't sound appealing to endure.
