WHAT IS ANKIDROID?

AnkiDroid is a flashcard app that helps you learn and remember things efficiently. This app is commonly used by learners to study different topics. However, as shown in the lesson plan found in this section, teachers can also use it for teaching purposes.

You can download the app from your phone store.

NB: AnkiDroid is only available for Android devices.

ADVANTAGES

It can be used offline.
It’s free.
It shows no ads!
It is quite intuitive and easy to use.
You can not only add text to your cards but you can also add images, audio and video content.

DRAWBACKS

AnkiDroid is available only for Android devices. Users with other devices, such as iOS, will have to look for alternative apps or use AnkiWeb.
When syncing with other devices, errors may occur due to software problems.
It might not be as feature-rich as other apps.
