VPC Board or Committee - A group of volunteers who meet regularly to plan activities, prepare proposals for funding, purchase and organize equipment and supplies, and create flyers. Ideally we should have one or more representatives of each quadrant.
VPC Officers - An elected subset of the board with primary responsibility for the operation of the CERT, managing grant funds and donations, and coordination with the central Mountain View CERT operation and other CERT leaders.
