Varsity Park is a vibrant neighborhood of over 600 families surrounding Varsity Playground on Jefferson at Duke.  Our neighborhood is bordered by Marilyn Drive to the North, North Springer Road to the West, Sladky Avenue/Cuesta Drive to the South and Miramonte Road to the East.

Varsity Park neighbors are engaged in several related community organizations. Each of these links lead to webpages with more detail on each activity:

• VarsityParkCERT (VPC) - a Community Emergency Response Team of volunteer neighbors, ready to spring into action in an emergency

• VarsityParkNA (VPNA)  - a neighborhood association for a major part of Varsity Park

• Springer Meadow Neighborhood Association (SMNA) - an  active neighborhood association in North-West Varsity Park
