First Transnational Project Meeting was organized by Vyšší odborná škola pedagogická a sociální a Střední pedagogická škola in Kroměříž (hereinafter: Pedagogical school in Kroměříž). Duration: 2 days. Attendees´names: Jana Vítková, Monika Parobková, Martina Němcová (CZ), Alina Preda, Iustina Bunea (RO), Kelly Walker, Sean Bates (UK) and Ana Magda Jorge, Silvia Augusto (PT). The meeting goals were to get familiar with the project application, to clarify management and financial mechanisms of the project, to identify project targets and steps to reach the targets, to plan teachers´ trainings and students’ exchanges, to agree on safety rules for the training and exchange activities with regard to students especially, to distribute partners´ roles and responsibilities and to discuss dissemination tools and channels. Titan Partnership will ensure an ongoing monitoring and evaluation. The Portuguese partner, who will also develop and maintain the project website, will coordinate the dissemination activities of the partnership. Romanian partners will lead the methodology development. Partners were given a flash disc with important documents, the project logo and forms templates. The UK partner presented their ideas on the first training and exchange event in December in Birmingham.
