S-Alert Closed Test

This test will occur on April 15th, 2023 at 10:09 AM CST and expire 1-2 minutes after for a scheduled test of the S-Alert system. This test will occur in the background, and will not be publicly broadcasted. After that, ScriptOS will be updated to support a public alert, targeting no earlier than July 20th, 2023.
