Updated the VVID system to the latest version
VVID system is now always-on.

Other Changes
Added a network indicator to determine whether ScriptOS is connected to the internet or not.
This update will be added in the next build of ScriptOS 15.A QR code has been added to the UES screen to quickly get access to the error code website.
Hovering over the date now shows the day of the week.
