Consultations with the Focal Person shall also be done by the CEC Coordinator in order to address concerns and issues that hamper the effectual implementation of the projects.
EVALUATION OF THE EXTENSION PROJECTS
Evaluation is carried out by the CEC Coordinator and other stakeholders at the end of each project implementation. The focus of the evaluation process is on the analysis of the activities and strategies which have been implemented and on the development of lessons learned that could be applied in the future. The UM Digos Community Extension Center employs the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) Cycle in all its projects and activities undertaken for continual quality improvement of programs and services.
The Focal Person and the Head CEC with the stakeholders conduct the evaluation process using the participatory techniques like focus group discussion, testimonials, visual self-evaluation tools and many others. This shall be properly documented. An accomplishment report summarizing the evaluation shall be submitted to the Community Extension office a week after the project’s implementation.
