To facilitate the proper implementation and coordination of community extension/ outreach activities, the following steps are complied:
1. The proponent submits a project proposal to Community Extension Center during the Call for Proposal schedule.
2. The proponent presents the proposal to the panel as endorsed by the CEC Coordinator in conformance as to the following:
a. relevance of the project
b. veracity of the community problem
c. attainability of objectives
d. practicality of the budget
e. alignment of project to the development plan of the community
3. The Community Extension endorses the proposal to Accounting for budget.
4. The proponent confers with all concerned at college
regarding their role in the implementation of the project.
5. The program comply with the basic requirements before going out to the community such as:
a. accomplished activity form
b. parental/ guardian consent
c. attend pre-departure orientation
6. The Focal Person submits monthly progress report based on the Gantt Chart.
7. The proponent submits at the end of project implementation the following documents:
a. Attendance of the community participants
b. Attendance of the faculty, students and staff
c. Evaluation of faculty, students, staff and community
d. Learning Insights
e. Photos
f. Liquidation Report
g. Documentary Video Clips
8. The proponent conducts a summing-up session with the community for reporting of accomplishments done.
