"The focus of the UC San Diego Course is to allow a open environment for individuals to move out of their comfort zones, stretch boundaries, and learn concepts. All of our programs are based on the principles of Challenge by Choice: each person has the opportunity to choose their own level of challenge and participation throughout the program by taking responsibility for themselves. This creates a space for individuals to create maximum value for themselves and their team as well as take care of their own physical, mental and emotional health and well being. With the group support, individuals are empowered to decide their level of participation in all activities."
