Pay close attention to the info in the What to Expect in the Hiring process pdf as there are a lot of steps and if you don't stay on top of things, hiring can take over a month but we try to get it done sooner than this!

Hiring begins once you have been interviewed and offered a job. The process has a few steps that you will need to watch for through the email you provided on your application.
If you are a non-student: you will first receive an email with directions to create an online hiring profile and upload your resume
NOTE** There are a few changes to this sheet
For step 5: we are no longer allowed to do this step via zoom, it has to be in person
In addition, all staff need to be Live Scanned atNorth Torrey Pines building (across from campus), before this meeting
Please fill out this document and send it into Denise (douellette@ucsd.edu) and cc-staff@ucsd.edu as soon as possible. It is required before beginning the hiring process, and has the most current information.
