SCORING: Start at the middle cone. Run 5 yards to the right cone and touch it, then run 10 yards to the farthest cone to the left and touch it, then run back to the middle cone and touch it. Time how long it takes to complete this challenge.
Set up prep: Place two cones 12 feet (3.6576 meters) apart.Â
SCORING: Count how many times participant can go from one cone to the other in one minute. Total score is counted by the total number of times participant goes to each cone.
Set up prep: Place two cones 10 yards apart.
SCORING: Time how fast the participant can run, walk, or roll from one cone to the other. The timer starts once the participant begins, and ends when the participant passes the second cone.

SCORING: Balancing on one foot, count how many times the participant can bend over and tap the ball to the ground, alternating which side of their foot that the ball touches. Total score is counted by the total number of times the ball touches the ground without breaking.

SCORING: Start at the middle cone. The participant will jump forward to the front cone, then jump back to middle cone, then to the back cone. Repeat this pattern as many times in a minute. Total count is how many jumps are done in one minute.
Set up prep: Start in push-up position, with plenty of open space.
SCORING: In push-up position, have the participant pull one knee towards the front of their body, alternating between legs to keep balanced. See how many Mountain Climbers can be done in one minute.
Set up prep: Timer and open space
SCORING: Stand up with your feet shoulder-width apart. Punch forward, one arm at a time, for one minute straight. Total punches thrown in one minute is the end score.
Set up prep: Start in push-up position, with plenty of open space.
SCORING: Try to hold the push-up position for as many seconds/minutes as possible. If the participant needs to modify, they may plank with their knees on the ground, still in push-up position. Total score is the length of time the plank is held.

SCORING: Count how many times the participant can touch the ground with their fingertips while seated in one minute. Total amount of touches in one minute is the final score.

SCORING: Count how many times the participant can stand up from a sitting position in one minute. Total amount of repetitions in one minute will be the final score.
Set up prep: Open space and a wall.
SCORING: Have the participants place their back against a wall and sink down into a seated position. Hold this position for as long as possible. The total score will be recorded for how long this position was held.

SCORING: Count how many push-ups the participant can do in one minute. Total score is counted by the total number of push-ups the participant does.
