Unified Competitive Strength and Conditioning - another way to get new students participating and working on fitness together, gaining strength, AND confidence. Strength and Conditioning is a Unified activity where students with and without intellectual disabilities meet 1 time a week to train and work toward a progression in their fitness levels. Strength and Conditioning is to be led by an advisor or coach at the school. Competition will be derived from a point system based off increases in percentages of improvement.
The Strength and Conditioning season is in the winter from December through February.
