My name is Tyler R. Kotila; I am currently a National Scouting Coordinator for Perfect Game USA, based in Fort Myers, Florida. I graduated from Miami (OH) University in May of 2022, achieving my Bachelor's degree in Sports Leadership and Management. I majored in Sports Leadership and Management (SLAM) with a minor in Business Administration and a concentration in Journalism and Accounting.

I am seeking opportunities within a professional baseball organization's Player Development, Baseball Operations, and Scouting departments. The goal is to further my career journey in baseball while helping an organization capture a World Series Championship.

I am a motivated, driven, and hardworking individual who hopes to bring plenty of versatility and valuable experience to help any organization succeed.

I have already gained relevant experience with the Miami University Baseball Student Manager position, my journalism hobby in the baseball world, and my current scouting position with Perfect Game.

Being able to bring skills within baseball operations, data analysis & acquisition, project management, writing & editing, research & development projects, social media management, and general marketing provides value. I am looking to use this wide range of skills for an organization to develop them further and learn new ones while helping the organization in the process.

Throughout my time at Miami University, I have maintained involvement around campus between the baseball program, working for the Communications department, as mentioned above, while working remotely with two websites.
