Smoking (of anything) and vaping is not allowed while "on-the-clock" as an employee or contractor with Tech Wizards or whenever you are representing Tech Wizards in any way. This includes technician contractors when on Tech Wizards commission-based service calls, and anywhere within the Tech Wizards office, the Office Ours building in general, at any Tech Wizards customer location, and at any off-site Tech Wizards meeting or function.
If you smoke or vape on your own time and when not representing Tech Wizards it is your responsibility to insure that your person does not smell of smoke or vaping odors when you arrive for work or when you arrive for a commission-based Tech Wizards service call, or at any Tech Wizards meeting or function. You should be able to pass a "smell test" of even someone who is extremely sensitive (or allergic) to smoke or vaping odors. This personal hygiene policy applies to any other offensive or intrusive odors as well.
