It is strictly against company policy for you to share your personal email address(es) or telephone number(s) with Tech Wizards customers. This applies to any non-Tech Wizards email accounts. While it is OK to give customers your xxxxx.TwizNC.com email address, any service requests should always go through the main office.
If a customer somehow obtains a non-Tech Wizards email account of yours then you need to politely respond with a message explaining that all communication must go through your Tech Wizards email account in order to assure them of the quickest response and best service, give them your Tech Wizards email address, and ask them direct any future messages to your Tech Wizards email address.
There are many reasons that this policy requires strict compliance, but the main reason is to comply with federal regulations. Please be aware that all company email messages (incoming and outgoing, for all accounts) are archived and permanently saved. Tech Wizards reserves the right to view any messages sent or received through a Tech Wizards email account at any time, for any reason.
