If you have the Cytracom "Click-To-Dial" Chrome Extension installed, from the Chrome browser you can dial or text to most webpage phone numbers by clicking on the the arrow that will appear to the right of the phone number (which will appear as a hyperlink). When calling a phone number your phone will start to ring; at that point you need to take the phone off-hook by either picking up the handset, pushing the speakerphone button, or pushing the headset button (if you have a headset for your phone). You must take the phone off-hook within about six rings or the call will be dropped.
When you hover your mouse over a phone number that can be direct dialed (it will look like a hyperlink), a red handset and a “Click-to-Call x-xxx-xxx-xxx” box will appear as shown below…
Business cards are provided to all Tech Wizards technicians, who should always give them out to customers and potential customers at every opportunity.
Tech Wizards features a "deal" on Yelp.com that offers $20 worth of service for $10. The customer purchases the "deal" on Yelp.com. At time of payment (either for the deposit or for the final repair charges) the customer redeems the deal with us. That can happen two ways...
The customer can pull up their Yelp app on their smartphone and choose the deal that they purchased and show their smartphone to us. We will then tap the "Mark Deal As Used" button on their phone to redeem the deal.
The customer provides us with a printed copy of the deal with the Redemption Code listed, or shows us the Redemption Code on their smart phone. We can then (or later) browse to https://biz.yelp.com/redemption/8Crqt3nmzdO4cXM9FJJm5g and enter the Redemption Code on that web page to redeem the deal. Note: A link to this web page is in our Google Bookmarks under "Admin Links".
Yelp.com automatically sends our payment (minus their 30% cut) at the end of each month.
