In order to maintain consistency in our communications with customers, vendors, service partners and other business email recipients all Tech Wizards staff members are to use a consistent Outlook email signature when using their Tech Wizards email account. Below are instructions for using the official Tech Wizards signature in Microsoft Outlook and in Outlook.com.
Your Microsoft Outlook signature for new messages should consist of your name, a link to our website (www.TWizNC.com), and the "Signature" sized image (240 x 138) of your most recent digital business card (see attachments at the bottom of this web page).
The font, size and color of the text should match that of your default "new message" font, size and color (Calibri (Body), 11, and "Automatic" are recommended). The below image shows this Outlook configuration in Outlook 2010.
Please note that the closing entry ("Regards,") followed by a blank line shown below is OPTIONAL; you can use your normal closing, this closing, or no closing at all.
The signature for Replies/forwards should be the same but without the business card image, as shown below.
When creating your signatures be sure to give them logical names so you know which to use with which type of message.
