Schedule specific times to study/work on high stress tasks- Holding yourself accountable is helpful
Keep your work space clean and clutter free- Tidy desk, tidy mind
Get focused- Multi-tasking divides your attention among multiple things, making it harder to concentrate
Create a binder with separate sections for each class- This makes keeping track of papers so much easier
Consider using Google drive or iCloud to organize your files- Save some paper too
Develop a routine- Consistency, consistency, consistency
Write down some goals- For example: "Start studying for tests at least one week in advanced"
Use sticky notes to help you remember things- Stick them everywhere
If a task takes two minutes or less, do it immediately- It's called the "two-minute rule"
Break down big tasks into smaller tasks- This helps things feel less overwhelming
Make your bed every morning- This is a small victory to start off the day
Be kind to yourself and congratulate yourself for working so hard- Life is hard
Lastly, but most importantly... take breaks- Seriously, you deserve a break
