The district is providing level one support for Canvas from the Canvas parent company, Instructure.
To access the help feature, click on “Help” on the left menu in Canvas. This should answer instructional questions.
If the help feature is not answering your questions, then you need to submit a tech support ticket (help@tamdistrict.org) or go to the portal and click on IT Help Desk
