The desktop app makes committing any changes to the script a piece of cake. All you have to to do is make a change in the repository, like editing a .txt file and saving it. The app will then automatically register these changes along with the filename.
After that you have to fetch origin from top-right corner and pull any changes first, then you have to write a commit name and click commit. You can write a description of your committed changes as well,
Now you will be presented with a screen like this, click push origin to save your changes in the server.
You can now successfully make commits in GitHub!
