Reporting bugs

DeepLuna, like any other tool, can contain bugs.

Report any bugs on our Github. In the title please use a tag to specify what kind of issue it is, for example:

[Bug] - DeepLuna closes after pressing "Export all" button

To report a bug it is recommended to use the template below. Before attempting to report a bug, try to reproduce it at least 3 times.

Bug template

Description:

Provide short description of the bug. What happens, when and how.

Steps to reproduce:

In this section please tell us step by step how to reproduce the bug. Start from booting DeepLuna and end on the issue.

Reproduction rate:

How many times you were able to reproduce an issue. Make at least 3 attempts in reproduction of the steps you described in Steps to reproduce.

Notes:

You can provide any points of interest to the devs.

Bug example

Title: [Bug] - DeepLuna closes after pressing "Export all" button

Description:

DeepLuna closes after pressing "Export all" button

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open DeepLuna

2. Click on "Open Translation" button

3. Open random scene

4. Click on "Export all" button

5. Notice that the Deepluna closes

Reproduction rate:

Issue was reproduced 7 times in 10 tries.

Notes:

• DeepLuna was open via pyzo

• DeepLuna is on version 3.1.2
