TAP may also gather information as part of research to support Clients’ resourcing needs. TAP obtain such information from sources such as LinkedIn, job board websites, online CV libraries, Candidate business cards and personal recommendations.
· Assist Candidates in job search
· Communicate with Candidates regarding potential job opportunities
· Provide Candidates’ details to prospective employers. TAP will only share Candidate information to named prospective employers with Candidate’s permission
· Provide Candidates with job alerts relating to roles
· Provide Candidates with information about general trends
· Seek Candidates’ feedback on TAP services
· Fulfil TAP’s obligations to Clients when Candidates are offered employment
· Fulfil the requirements of Employment Agency and other local relevant regulations
· Clients for the purpose of introducing candidates to them
· Clients for the purpose of arranging interviews and engagements
· Regulatory or law enforcement agencies, when required by law to do so
· As an Executive Search and Recruitment agency, TAP introduces Candidates to Clients for permanent employment, contractual worker placements and professional contracts
· To support Candidates’ career aspirations and Clients’ resourcing needs, TAP requires a database of Candidate and Client personal data containing historical information as well as current resourcing requirements
· To maintain, expand and develop TAP business, TAP needs to record the personal data of prospective Candidates’ & Clients’ contacts
· To deliver TAP ancillary services
TAP uses Google Analytics and Cookies to gather general information about visitors to our websites in order to better understand how our websites are used. TAP may share this general information with trusted third parties so they too may understand how our websites are used.
If TAP holds email address of Candidates / Clients, TAP may occasionally use cookies to gather information about Candidates’ / Clients’ use of our websites.
TAP is committed to protecting the security of personal information. TAP uses a variety of measures, including but not limited to, firewalls, antivirus and SSL encryption in order to protect personal information from:

Where TAP store and process Candidates’ personal data:
It may be processed by staffs who work for TAP, this includes staff engaged in, among other things, our recruitment services and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. TAP will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy notice.
All information provided to TAP is stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted.
TAP will retain information collected where TAP has an ongoing legitimate business need to do so.
When TAP have no ongoing legitimate business need to process personal information, TAP will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible, then TAP will securely store personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
· Request correction of the personal information that TAP holds. This enables TAP to update any incomplete or inaccurate information
· Request erasure of personal information. TAP will delete or remove personal information where there is no good reason for TAP continuing to process it with the exception of email address, first name and last name. This will enable TAP to record the withdrawal consent. In addition, where required by law, we may retain certain personal information to fulfil our legal obligations.
· Request the restriction of processing of personal information, to suspend the processing of personal information
· Request the transfer of personal information to another party in certain formats, if practicable.
· TAP will respond to all requests received wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws
