JOB TITLE: TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Reports to: Corporate Director

Location: Singapore, CBD

The incumbent must possess vast knowledge and experience in managing the training and

development programs for the company. He/She will manage the planning and consolidating of training requirements and operationalizing the various programs. The scope includes training needs analysis, training roadmap development, competency framework building, sourcing for courses and programs (local and overseas), evaluation of course contents and training vendors. He/She is also required to manage training administration including managing the training budget, monitoring the usefulness and effectiveness of courses, and training vendors performance. Other responsibilities include continuous improvement in the quality of courses and vendors; and driving training operations to achieve the training objectives and KPIs

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build the competency framework and develop training roadmaps

· Preparation of periodic and annual reports on training days utilization

· Analyze feedback from course attendees and make improvements to course contents, vendors, and training environment

· Monitor performance of vendors to ensure KPIs are met

· Continuous sourcing for quality courses and vendors

· Managing the training and development costs within budget

· Conduct regular reviews on training needs to ensure that training programs / courses remain relevant

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

· University / Diploma graduates with a proven track record in T&D

· >5 years working experience in training and development function

· Good written & verbal communication and inter-personal skills

· Analytical mind with keen eye for details

· Self-driven and energetic, able to meet deadlines

· Solid organizational skills including attention to details

· Good planning and management skills including multi-tasking

· Excellent presentation skills
