This guide should include information about how to redeem vouchers for rides, what types of transportation and trips they can use with vouchers, and how to document and report their mileage. This should be a brief overview of rider responsibilities and expectations for participating in the voucher program. This guide will help reduce inappropriate uses and make your program run smoother. This could be as simple as a pamphlet or as detailed as a handbook. You may also choose to share this with providers and volunteer drivers, so they have a good understanding of what is expected of riders.
