Next, you will need to develop a system to administer your voucher program and monitor usage. At a minimum, this should include enrollment forms for riders, liability waivers, the actual vouchers used to pay for rides, and a way to keep track of mileage. You may already have a similar system in place that you can adapt for your voucher program.

To reduce administrative barriers, we developed a suite of tools that may be used at no cost. These tools can be accessed via Google Drive:
Enrollment forms and liability waivers for riders and volunteer drivers
Individual Transportation Plan (ITP)
Digital and printable vouchers
Customizable tracking sheets
Integrated system that automatically tabulates program data
