You can play Torchbearer using many VTT apps like Roll20 or TableTop Simulator. Many groups use Google Hangouts as well.

There is a Torchbearer character sheet you can select when creating a game. There is no "Torchbearer" game type, but you can select "Burning Wheel" as the game being played.
