Immortal Lords

Divine Power

Divine power comes from the primal power of the Immortal Lords. The Lords grant certain powers to priests and cleric (Torchbearer, p 49).

The Immortal Lords

The people worship and praise the Immortal Lords, and rarely refer to gods.

Old Ones

The Old Ones are the most ancient of immortals. Their names have been forgotten and they no longer directly attend to Creation. The Asar are a tribe of Immortal Lords who claim lineage from the Old Ones (Middarmark, p 8). The Immortals that slew Aurgelmir created the earth (Middarmark, p 10).

Young Lords

The Lords that have recently ascended are still known by name. For example, Sigrun the

Defender, the Lady of Battles is a young lord. Eventually, once her name is forgotten, she will be praised along with the other Lords of Battle.
