The 102th Regular meeting of Tokyo Metropolitan Toastmasters Club

102nd general meeting was held on August 30 with four guests.

Main event of this time's meeting was in house English humor speech contest, which was following to Japanese humor speech contest last week.

The contest was competed by three contestants and held through variety of topics like an hypermetropia, unique experience in public sector, and story of a humorous mother.

TM Negoro who was introduced by an interviewer TM Takahashi as “dark horse” finally won and TM Miyabayashi got second place winner!

TM Neguro and TM Miyabayashi will appear on stage of an area contest held on September 23. Congratulation and keep it up!

Following to the contest, Good & News and Table Topics were held as topic of a general meeting.

Table Topic regarding the world championship of Toast Master which was held in Malaysia in this August was conducted by TM Kino.

Thanks to TM Kino, it's was able to feel the atmosphere of the championship. In Table Topic, TM Fujiwara won the best table topic speaker.

This time's meeting is held in middle of season of summer vacation.

It may cause of less number of attendance than usual meeting but thanks for TM Nakajima as contest chair, TM Ito as chair judgment, TM Takahashi as interviewer, TM Nakatomi as TMOM and other member and guests, This time’s meeting was finished successfully and it was very meaningful and fun!
