63rd meeting of Tokyo Metropolitan Toast Master Club.

We had a 63rd meeting on March 23rd at the Kojimachi Kumin-Kan,

with more than 25 club members and guest.

Before starting the main part of the meeting, we had an initiation ceremony for TM K.

We are very happy to welcome him as a new members of TMTMC.

Today, TMOM was conducted by TM M for the 1st time.

Her management was very organized even though it might be a challenge for her.

TM I showed the word of the day, "reckon".

It was really good that she also showed us some sample sentences.

Then, TM M conducted "Good and New".

By recommending us to talk within 30 sec, lots of members had a chance to speak.

Next, TM H gave us "News of the week".

She introduced some tips to enjoy Sumo event. It was really interesting.

In the main session, prepared speech, 4 speakers gave us interesting stories, both in Japanese and English.

TM I had a speech about his experience of Tokyo Marathon race with a lots of body languages.

Second speech was performed by TM A and she talked about the lessons that she learned from the experience in Germany.

Third speaker was TM Y. He talked about the water problems based on the lots of facts he researched.

The last speaker was TM S. He showed us some solutions for the recent problems, such as pollen allergy. It was really interesting.

Table topics session was conducted by TM K. He asked 3 questions about the cherry blossoms party

and all speakers gave a very unique reply, though they didn't have enough time to think.

Evaluation session was performed by TM S.

All evaluators evaluated the speeches in exact detail based on the objectives of the each speech.

At the end of the evaluation session, TM S gave us some meaningful points for the improvement.

Finally, our president, TM M, made some announcement about the joint meeting and the officer's election.

After the meeting, we enjoyed lunch under the comfortable weather.
