When you buy a lot in Tiger Creek Forest you automatically become a member of the Tiger Creek home owners association and thereby subject to the rules and regulations of the association. If you rent out your property the following, found in the "Rules and Regulations" under "Landlord Responsibility" section 1-6, apply.
"It is the responsibility of any owner/member to provide the Board with the name, address and telephone number of anyone renting in the Forest. It is further stipulated that the Landlord provide the renter with a copy of the "Rules and Regulations" and the gate keys and/or openers". As a landlord you are responsible for your tenants and any damage they do while living here and if they overload the dumpster you will be fined. Many renters do not pay attention to the speed limit and do not know that hunting and shooting are prohibited. The board of directors is trying to correct these problems so please acquaint yourself with our Covenants and Restrictions and also the Rules and Regulations and make sure your tenants are aware.
