What past or present experience do you have that would help you carry out your duties and responsibilities as a member of the Board of Directors?
Are you willing to devote enough time and effort to the performance of your duties to insure that they are reasonably and faithfully carried out on behalf of the Association? The fact that the Homeowners Association is a Corporation, not for profit, or that the members of the Board are volunteers and unpaid, does not relieve you from the standards of trust and responsibilities that the fiduciary relationship requires. Why are you willing to serve on the Board of Directors of TCOA?
I agree to be a candidate for a position on the Board of Directors of Tiger Creek Owners Association. If elected I agree to uphold all governing documents related to the Association, those documents being: Florida Statutes, Covenants and Restrictions, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.
I also agree to work only within the framework of the Board of Directors and not as an individual in regard to matters pertaining to the Association.

¿Está dispuesto a dedicar suficiente tiempo y esfuerzo al desempeño de sus funciones para garantizar que se lleven a cabo de manera razonable y fiel en nombre de la Asociación? ¿Por qué está dispuesto a formar parte de la Junta Directiva de TCOA?
Acepto ser candidato para un puesto en la Junta Directiva de la Asociación de Propietarios de Tiger Creek. Si soy elegido, acepto respetar todos los documentos rectores relacionados con la Asociación, siendo esos documentos: Estatutos, Convenios y Restricciones de Florida, Artículos de Incorporación, Estatutos y Normas y Reglamentos.
También acepto trabajar únicamente en el marco de la Junta Directiva y no como individuo en lo que respecta a asuntos relacionados con la Asociación.
