Wizards are one of the most important class in ragnarok mobile, why?
It can rekt people and defend castles in WoE or PVP, your full time leecher, important for ET or MVP as well.. one shot is the key to a Wizard, Killing mutiple enemies with one skill is your objective for farming which will be Meteor Storm..
*This Guide is currently based on ROM SEA current Episode and will be improve further when new Episode will come..
*Note: This build needs investment on this job mainly because Meteor Storm can only be acquired via Aesir Monument (Runes)
Let us begin the guide..
***** Meteor Storm Tip, Maximize Your Damage a Little Less to your enemies hp to activate Fire Pillar but can instantly kill them****
Example: when you are hitting Sting that has 65k hp, let your MS reach 64.5k dmg and with Alight lvl 10 which will let you instantly kill them while your fire pillar will activate, thus making the annoying far spawn monster come closer to you which makes farming more efficient
INT - 99 (max this stats first)
DEX - rest of stat points
*You will not need any other stats to increase because you will need as much INT (for DMG) and DEX (for Cast Time Reduction)
*Meteor Storm has 15 second Variable Cast time
*Every 30 points of DEX = -1 Variable cast time

I. Lich Staff (Early Game) - This is the budget MS Staff because of the +DEX and -VCT but it has a very low matk (only recommended if you have low dex and incomplete -VCT equipments
II. Staff of Elemental Fusion (Mid - End Game) - This Staff is the best when it comes to AoE Skills (Meteor Storm, Storm Gust, Lord of Vermilion, etc.) it has decent matk but its main use is that it increases your AoE DMG, Make this weapon +10 and Tier IV ASAP . The cons is that this staff does not give any -vct so you will have to compensate the -vct in your armors and headgear
III. Wizardry Staff (End Game) - This Staff is the best of the best all around at the later parts for the game. Mainly because your matk will skyboost when you have high base matk. Cons is that you will need high refinement and high TIER in this staff and is very expensive to be efficient at the early parts of the game
OFF-HAND
I. Orleans's Server - The main use of this off-hand is for the Orleans Set which has -20% variable cast time
II. Sacrifice Book - This is mainly for more DMG, DMG, & DMG good for LOV or SG (not recommended for non insta cast MS)
ARMORS
I. Robe of Cast - No questions needed to ask, This is the best Armor for Wizards
GARMENTS & SHOES
I. Staunch Cape & Staunch Shoes - Staunch set for -10% variable cast time
ACCESSORIES
I. Orleans Gloves + Flame Ring Combo - This is the combo for Staff of Elemental Fusion/Lich Staff users which increases your MS dmg by a very large amount while still having a -variable cast time
II. Orleans Gloves + Eye of Dullahan Combo - This is the combo for Wizardry Staff users, The Eye of Dullahan need to be +10 and Tier IV to see its worth
*Note: Gacha Headgears are not recommended in the list.. so its ok if your unlucky af..
HEAD
I. Parcel Hat - Gives +5% fire dmg (more fire dmg yummy!!)
II. Magic Eyes - Last resort for non insta cast Meteor Storm because of its -10% vct but your mana will bleed with this one
III. Coif - Ultimate Wizard Headgear, It has slot and give +5% Magic DMG
FACE
I. Monocle - Best face headgear for Wizard as it gives +5% matk which you can increase by refining it +1% every refine
II. Elven Ears - Looks better than Monocle, Blueprint is easier to get, and Cheaper but it will not improve from +2 int and +5% matk
MOUTH
I. Angry Snarl - No questions asked since that's the only mouth you will need
BACK
I. Devil Wings - Best back for DPS non gacha equipment which give +5% more DMG
II. Perm Demon - If you don't have Devil Wings and you need more SP and SP regen (Every 100 SP = 1 SP regen)
TAIL
I. Blue Fox Tail - Sorry, I don't remember the exact name in cn server, not yet available in sea. It gives Matk
I. Fire Bolt lvl 10
II. Fire Wall lvl 10
III. Increase Spiritual Recovery lvl 10
IV. Frost Diver lvl 10
*Note: Fire Wall 10 and Increase Spiritual Recovery lvl 10 are the only IMPORTANT MAGE skills for MS build, you can learn other skill depending on what you see is fit
I. Storm Gust lvl 1 (don't increase its lvl since its fixed cast time is very high at higher lvl. Only lvl it when you have access to lvl 20 SG and Using Staff of Elemental Fusion)
II. Heaven's Drive lvl 1
III. Jupitel Thunder lvl 5
IV. Lord of Vermilion lvl 10
V. Soul Drain lvl 10 (you need to max this for the +max SP, since every 100 SP = 1 SP regen)
