Welcome to the last installment of the GX series - The CRS
CRS or Cross Ripper Slasher, is a melee ranged attack that deals massive damage on boss hunting, similar to how Asura works.
It requires runes that increment its damage, a specialized set of gear that increments its damage further, along with balancing out ignore def, damage increment, def penetration, attack, element, and pretty much cards.
Let's take a look first at the formula of CRS: (credits to rierin for the skill)

The peak level adds 710% skill damage plus 20% final damage per rotation from rolling cutter.

Next Lets add Gear that influences CRS damage, this includes Loki's Nail, Windrunner Cape, and it's combination.

Now, lets go back to discussing this thing.
First off, the way that the skill actually computes adds damage increment onto the skill this means that it is plausible to use CRS with other gear i.e. Sandstorm without too much of a negative side effect.
Let's say for example, Loki's Nail at plus 10 gives you 10% damage to Cross Ripper Slasher, and another 5% for activating the combo you gain roughly 15% damage on the luoqi, but then this doesn't mean you cannot offset it by say increasing your damage to certain mobs like using the Sandstorms ever so trusty damage to large. (ALL I'M SAYING HERE IS THAT THERE ARE OTHER STUFFS YOU CAN USE WITH MORE VERSATILITY. IF YOU WANNA COMPLAIN, you can shout at your screen because I don't fucking care about your opinion.)
back to where we were at, next up is runes.
To get the best damage out of CRS you will need its runes to compliment it.
There are a total of 8 runes that add 3% final damage per rotation per rune.
Each Rune is 20 GM and 2700 Contribution.
at full runes it will take you 212 GM with 99750 Contributions to complete. (disclaimer these are CRS runes alone)
Moving on to the build:
Boss hunting with CRS is a combination of high atk, moderate hit plus some survivability.
So you may wanna mix it with something like:
Strength: 99 (base)
Dex: 90 (total)
Agi: 60 (base)
Vit: Rest of your points
This should be adequate since you will be aiming for the full force of CRS in boss hunting. Think of it this way, Champs need to run up and get within a certain range to cast Asura, as for you well the minute you get within 7m you can dish out your massive skill.
don't forget to throw poison cast and enchant poison or use new poison. =) (I can't help you if your forget)
For Boss hunting achieving good damage the gear will be comprised of the following:
Weapon: Loki's Nail IX
Armor: Tights III / Staunch Armor or Ninja Suit 2 +5
Off Hand: Rosa Bracelet / Evil Bracer (just because you can)
Garment: Windrunner IV
Shoes: Runes Boots / Runes Shoes III
Accessories: Matyr's Leash / Str Rings IV / Power Rings / Luna Brooches (basically anything you can slot and use, except those that add magic attack)
Headgear: Orc Hero Helm +10 / Rudolph Antlers / Cat Ear Beret
Mid Gear: Masquerade / Hockey Mask / Nut on Head / Ice Mask (forgot what this shit is called)
Mouth: Spiked Scarf / Pipe
Back Gear: Devil Wings / Twin Katana / Year
Tail: Beast Tail / Guts Wing / Windperch / Fox Tail (whatever you have)
For Enchants:
Weapon: Damage Increment 3~4 , Melee Attack 7.5~10, Ignore Def 15~20
Armor: Damage Increment 3~4 , Ignore Def 15~20
Accessories: Damage Increment 3~4 , Melee Attack 7.5~10
Garment: Dmg Inc 3~4
Shoes: Dmg Inc 3~4
Headgear: Attack (no dmg inc)
Mid Gear: Dmg inc 3~4, ignore def 15~20
Mouth: Attack (no dmg inc)
Back Gear: Ignore Def 15~20
Tail: Dmg inc 3~4, Melee Attack 7.5~10
Now that's all settled what is left for me to do is i guess tell you how to achieve 100% ignore def.
I cannot really give you a shortcut since there are a few pieces that will be removed from your build to maintain the maximum damage of CRS plus maintaining the ignore defense.
I would however give you maybe two ways to do it without breaking the bank. So for starters let's assume you will use windrunner cape on all scenarios, so for starters:
I. Ninja Suit 2 +5 (easiest way)
Ninja Suit 2 +5 with 2 minos equipped on loki plus one deposited avails you of 50% ignore def
Getting Ignore def on armor 15~20 gives you lets say 15 (at bare minimum people mostly get 10)
Weapon enchant gives you 15%~20 gives you another 15
Rosa Bracelet 25%
100% ignore def. @_@
II. Other way will be more tougher if you are using armors like Tights III or Staunch.
Staunch Armor or Tights III 15%~20%
Loki 15%~20%
Rosa Bracelet 25%
Nut on Head 5%
Rudolph 5%
Dwolf pet 5%
This is bare minimum 70%, if you can get good enchants like 15%~20% on other pieces like mid gear and back gear then you should be gucci. My advise though, is if you can hit 70% then i'd rather focus on getting more damage increment.
Now, I know people are not open minded about this shit, but YOU CAN USE Sandstorm for this. Remember this?

Theres a reason why I put this above earlier, Atkfinal <-- this part of the formula is computed with all the increments you get from size element and race. This means that if you raise this portion as well it will create a balance in the formula that will make up for the loss of loki.
It's up to you to believe me or not, but consider this, the main reason why the skill itself isn't locked to katar, is because the devs want you to play with it. This is where your creativity comes in. All i'm saying is open minded ka ba? kape tayo.
