"YES!" — A DOUBLE CELEBRATION!

Mr. Karl John C. Secando, from the College of Education, MA in Education Major in Filipino get down on one knee to his partner, Ms. Jeah Loraine C. Ortega after 3 years and 4 months of relationship.

"As a couple, we have so much ups and downs, and I didn't expect that I'll be the one who will be surprised on his special day", says Ms. Ortega in non-verbatim.

The couple are both from the province of Antique, namely Sibalom and San Jose.

Indeed, in West Visayas State University — where excellence is a tradition; the story of love, commitment, and bravery always prevails. Today, this magical moment unfolds before the graduates of batch 2022.
