Set during an ancient Ice Age, The Ignited Ones takes place in the fictional Isle of Animus. Animus is home to the sapient wolves called Ignited Ones, named for their awareness of the world and intelligence that other beasts of the isle do not possess. These are the Worgs and Zhurs. The island is filled with vengeful spirits, dangerous beasts and a brain eating plague that stems from wolf and beast. The Ignited wolves face the risk of extinction itself as their numbers dwindle in the face of endless conflict.

We lack a currency or EXP system to level up characters and in exchange we focus on freedom of character design, ability prowess and creative direction. The goal of The Ignited Ones is to be a RP group for the members by the members, with plots and stories being guided by players and their wolves.

The Character Progression segment will go into depth on what you need to make your characters canon complacent to the roleplay. 

• To join, submit your application to the DeviantArt once you've made one up.

• Textual information is optional in TIO but members are allowed to write some if they so desire. 

• Additionally, if your wolf is a Spirit Walker, that will be your wolf's faction. If they have a wolf host body, they'll be both in Spirit Walkers or Unnamed/Clan depending on the player's choice.

The group has three Presence Checks per year. You will not be required to submit proof of activity such as art or writings. This check is merely to make sure members are still around.

When the announcement goes up, you will message staff and let us know you are interested in staying or if you plan on leaving, that is all. If you fail to check in then you will be removed from the group as a member. Below, the months in bold are when a Presence Check will commence. A check will last the entire month.
