The Wolven Ones are canids resembling or are closely related to wolves. The Ignited Ones and The Lightless Ones are the last living descendants of an ancient extinct species of sapient wolves from Animus’ long lost past. Only The Ignited Ones ever kept their sapience, every other animal on Animus is a mindless beast. 

Huge, monstrous and lacking awareness of the realm around them, Weredon are a horrific and merciless kind of beast. Their eyes are known to look empty and void of thoughts and feelings. An apex predator, Weredon live in massive, hungry packs that dominate Animus by slaughtering everything in their path. They can hunt and eat anything, including other wolves. Weredon cannot speak and howl, a telltale sign of being in their presence. They are bigger than any Worg and can easily challenge and hunt the massive Beommoth due to their sheer size. Weredon evolved a resistance to Soulless Sickness.

Snican lack sapience and proper human-like intelligence but can mimic the languages of wolf and beast perfectly. They lure creatures into a false sense of security with a siren's call before destroying their target in a deadly, vicious swarm. They live in packs and wander Animus with their many voices. They do not understand the languages they copy and this means they can't be communicated with.
