Wraparound Services

Meet our Wraparound Specialists!

Wraparound Services is department at Chavez High school that specializes in helping students and provide families with resources based on their needs. Students who are who are going through difficulty and hardships that affect their ability to learn and focus at school.

Hardships that affect student learning may include things such as:

• Food Shortage
• Clothing Needs
• Violence
• Mental or Physical Health

The Wraparound department also offers support to families and students going through difficult circumstances concerning immigration. They can connect students and families to organizations that provide assistance based on their immigration status. Speakers from these organizations are invited to the campus so that they can inform students and parents about immigration issues such as:

• Learning their Rights
• Free Legal Consultations
