Our Sites

This page lists Paul's Community Forums, Google+ Collections, and Blog subjects where I share my interests with local Friends.

Most of my connections are private for our Friends to enjoy about specific interests together. Most posts will not show unless shared by invitation

You may ask me about joining one of these communities using the disposable email I share on this site if you think you qualify to read about our interest in these areas.

Our Sites and Contact Info

  • Our main means of association is before and after our theocratic meeting at our local Kingdom Hall. We try to be there 25 minutes early and stay 25 minutes after. There are many in our congregation that we enjoy visiting with during this time. This is often the only chance we get to visit with our brothers and Sisters all week.
  • Getting out in service is hard for us, but I try to get out whenever I can in the afternoon. I sometimes make it to a 11:00 am meeting time on Wednesdays our congregation has.
  • Email: DE.K7VIQ@Gmail.com - Disposable contact email. Friends will have access to my real email address.
  • I like text messages and am not a long phone call user.
  • We also use Duo, a video phone app on our phones to put a friendly face to our calls.

We are both rarely check on our Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest and FB accounts where we connect only to a few family members and few local Friends.

Our Forums

The Six Strings forum is a private invite only forum owned by us and few local Friends to share our guitar hobby with each other to share our interest in music. This is an active hobby we share as we have time. I share this hobby with Kathy and two other Brothers in our congregation, Jay L. and Curt W.

Ham Friends Forum This forum was created for my Friends to help keep some of us HAM Friends that I personally know and invited keep in contact. Kathy and I would love to hear from our Ham Friends. Who knows you might finish awakening the bug in us just enough to at least get on EchoLink.org.

Paul's List of Blogs

A list of my blog subjects. Our pages on this family website were created in Nov. 2016 using posts from these blogs below. This site will be updated more often than most of these blogs . This will lead to the information on this web pages being more up to date. Blogs are great but, who ever reads the old stuff.

This current and occasionally updated blog chronicles our learning to play the guitar togather in Achord along with Friends in our congregation. If you are a Brother or Sister interested in music you are free to follow us. Note: There is also a dedicated page for 'Our Guitar Hobby' on this website that contains more about our guitar hobby.

Here I chronicled my success and failure with my Super Dwarf Cavendish Musa Acuminata Banana tree. My tree died one winter, but this blog was its story.

My adventures with technology. I have always liked tech. My interest has continued on as tech has advanced from the start with PC's. It started with a TRS-80 16k, Commodore 64, Commodore Amiga 1000, Windows desktop, to an Acer Google Chromebook 13" CB5-311 laptop computer. My first tablets were Palm Pilot(1997), Tungsten Palm E2(2005), Nexus Asus 7(2012), and the Lenovo(9in)(2015) Tablet. For cellphones I have used early Nokia (candybar), then a Motorola (clamshell) "feature phones". Then came modern smartphones, My first was a Moto G(1st gen), then an LG Google Nexus 5X.

Posts about my dear wife Kathy and I, how we met and a few experiences. See our updated page: How Paul and Kathy came to know each other on this web site.

My attempt to learn another language. I really enjoyed learning Esperanto with its regular rules but I decided to stick with English and wait for the perfect language to be announced. I have tried Spanish in the past as well but found it almost as bad as English at breaking its own rules. I long for the perfect language.
