The 51st RAF BEs ARCHIVE project is simply a large - potentially massive - online memory bank - that is set out in as simple a format as can exist.
The online space - or centre (called xntre) is 'a container' into which any amount of stories, experiences, photos and images - surrounding our life moulding January 1964 - July 1965 days, at RAF Hereford can be poured.
In the present phase a central 'The 51st RAF BEs' HUB is being added to by each years Reunion experience.
Everyone has an equal amount to say about their memories - and their life that has followed. And all of us want to listen. That is what the reunions also are - and why they are so brilliant to attend.
Inevitably everyone wants to know HOW THEY can contribute. Because everybody can.
Within minutes you can have contributed your memories - comments - photos - just as easily as (some find) Facebook. In fact it is often easier! Simply by sending an email to the relevant Xntre.
If you have something you want to say - or information - or memories - and a photo (or 100) that you want to add to what you see in (say) the 2016 reunion xntre - then just write an email to (in that case) the 2016 Reunion xntre's unique email address - which is the51strafbes.2016reunion@gmail.com.
Really all you have to remember is that these are Gmail.com addresses - of The 51st RAF BEs domain name - with a dot (.) between the '51st RAF BEs' bit, and the relevant - 2016reunion - reunion: the51strafbes.2016reunion@gmail.com.

It is great fun to work your way through each 51st xntre and jot down your comments - including adding your own photos - and then send it to the Gmail/email address for that xntre - then to see your handy work - or inout added in to the body of work there.
ON EMAIL ARRIVAL
As soon as your email arrives one of the 51st's editors will take your content and either add it alongside photos (if it is comments and memories you have let us have). Or, add a new site page or blog page with your 10 page story and photos. Or something in between.
Whatever you send will be put to use - and you will be notified that it is in place and where to find it as soon as it is published.
Would you like to go back to school?
If you would like to be involved a little further, beyond pinging us the odd email, with comments and photos - then you can use one of two or three other routes - right through to being able to access the inside of any xntre - in order to help with the 'donkey work' of adding, improving and updating content. Adding new pages and even new xntres.
This will involve you following a series of 2 - 3 minute videos showing you step by step how to do more and more by way of adding materials and comments of your own - or lending a hand to get through the work load.
We have a plan - for example - for there to be a xntre FOR EACH OF THE 99. With everything we have and know about each BE - set in stone forever - for the world to see forever*.
