The QBZ-95-1 was the main rifle of the PLA before it was reformed into the NCE. During the early years of the empire the rifle still functioned as the main battle rifle, but as the third world war raged on, the QBZ-99 was quickly taking its place. Though it is less efficient than the QBZ-99, it is still widely used for its familiarity and availability.

The Super-Hawk shotgun was made by the NCE for use by Combat Engineers. It has a tube magazine that is able to store 6- 12 Gauge shells inside. Though it was made for Combat Engineers to use, Shocktroopers were able to use it effectively due to its ability to slam fire.

Though it saw limited use by heavy troopers due to its slower rate of fire, it saw its use as a mounted weapon on NCE combat vehicles and in static defenses. The gunners who used this in defensive or mounted positions often favored the larger 200 round belts to the box containers which held only 100, though when they were used on foot the box was favored for easy of transport.
