Ingredients
Protein of choice, pepper soup spice, scent leaf, salt and bullion cube.
Preparation
Add washed protein to a pot and add water enough to make a broth.
Once protein is tender enough, add your pepper soup spice, scotch bonnet salt and bullion cubes.
Once boiled, add in scent leaf and simmer for five more minutes.
Serve and enjoy with boiled rice, boiled plantain, or boiled yam.
